We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales of AI solutions of our AI Studio to enterprise clients. This role plays a critical part in driving growth by actively engaging with C-level and senior decision-makers in Türkiye through structured outreach and relationship-building activities.
This position requires a highly proactive approach, with a strong focus on outbound sales, cold outreach, and network-driven business development. The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong understanding of the local market dynamics, established access to relevant decision-makers, and the ability to translate client needs into scalable technology solutions.
Based in Istanbul with a hybrid working model, this role offers a flexible and fast-paced environment. We are looking for a professional with a strong consultative sales mindset, capable of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and contributing to strategic account development.
Drive new business acquisition through proactive outbound and outreach activities targeting enterprise clients in Türkiye.
Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders to generate qualified meetings and build long-term relationships.
Analyze client needs for AI Studio and position AI solutions accordingly.
Prepare and coordinate meetings with C-level customers in Türkiye.
Collaborate closely with technical teams (product, engineering, design).
Identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts (cross-sell & up-sell).
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, including forecasting and performance tracking.
Lead RFP, proposal, and contract processes.
