At TMOB, we are looking for a Part-Time HR Generalist who will manage all HR processes end-to-end—from recruitment to daily HR operations—report directly to our CEO, and integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into daily HR workflows!
We are targeting a proactive teammate graduated from leading universities in Turkey, fluent in English, and capable of managing operational processes independently.
Manage the entire HR agenda and operations end-to-end as the sole HR contact, reporting directly to the CEO.
Manage recruitment processes via ATS and conduct active candidate sourcing.
Seamlessly oversee daily HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Support performance management, HR documentation, and reporting.
Automate HR workflows and increase operational efficiency using AI tools.
