We are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner in a fast-growing environment.
This role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment and performance management, while contributing to building scalable HR processes.
Own full-cycle recruitment using our internal ATS
Partner closely with the CEO and hiring managers on hiring strategy
Actively source and attract top talent
Manage and improve performance management processes
Support building a high-performance and feedback-driven culture
