Role Overview
As a Solution Analyst at Tmob AI Studio, you will play a critical role in defining how enterprise software requirements are translated into scalable, well-structured technical solutions.
Working within an AI-first delivery environment, your focus will be on analyzing client needs, producing clear and actionable requirements, and ensuring that solutions are technically sound and implementation-ready.
This role requires a strong combination of analytical thinking, technical understanding, and the ability to work comfortably with code, systems, and modern AI tools.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in similar roles such as Solution Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product-focused positions.
Technical Background: Ability to read and understand code is mandatory; prior development experience is required.
API & Service Knowledge: Familiarity with APIs and services; experience with tools like Postman or SoapUI is a plus.
Systems Knowledge: Experience or familiarity with CMS and CRM systems.
Data Awareness: Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
Documentation Skills: Strong ability to write clear, structured, and high-quality documentation in English.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented mindset.
Diagram Literacy: Ability to read and understand diagrams (UML, flow diagrams, etc.).
