We are looking for a high-performing, vision-driven Sales Manager to expand our footprint and drive enterprise adoption of our autonomous software delivery platform.
As an Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by introducing Tmob AI Studio to C-level executives (CTO, CIO, CEO, VP of Engineering) across major industries. You are not just selling a product; you are selling a paradigm shift in how enterprise software is delivered.
This role requires a consultative sales approach, a deep understanding of corporate software delivery pain points, and the ability to articulate the immense ROI of 24/7 unmanned AI orchestration.
Enterprise Pipeline Generation: Identify, target, and close new business opportunities within enterprise sectors (Finance, Telecom, Aviation, Retail, etc.).
Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with clients to understand their software delivery bottlenecks and demonstrate how Tmob AI Studio fits above their existing tools.
C-Level Deal Execution: Lead complex sales cycles from initial outreach and technical PoC coordination to commercial negotiations and contract signing with corporate executives.
Strategic Positioning: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that clearly contrast traditional development with our 24/7 autonomous delivery model.
Collaboration: Partner closely with the AI Engineering Manager and technical teams to align client requirements with the Studio's orchestration capabilities.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI and software delivery landscape to position Tmob AI Studio as the definitive market leader.
Experience: 7+ years of B2B Enterprise Sales / Business Development experience in Software Consulting, IT Services, or Enterprise SaaS.
Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps pipelines, and a strong passion for generative AI/AI Agent technologies.
Track Record: Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing high-value corporate accounts (6-figure deals).
Network: An active network of relationships with CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Engineering, or Digital Transformation leaders in the region is a major advantage.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate complex autonomous architectures into clear business value.
Language: Native or professional proficiency in Turkish and excellent command of written and spoken English.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
