Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Delivery Manager to own customer delivery at TMOB AI Studio — from onboarding and discovery through solution definition, execution, and production release.
This is not a coordination-only project management role. You will be expected to understand customer needs, clarify ambiguous requirements, shape viable solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
You will work with both AI agents and human contributors. A key part of your role will be reviewing AI-generated outputs and ensuring they are complete, accurate, technically feasible, and aligned with customer expectations.
Responsibilities
5+ years of experience in solution analysis, business analysis, software delivery, technical project management, or a similar customer-facing technical role
Strong discovery, requirements analysis, and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
Technical understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, system architecture, and web/mobile applications
Ability to review technical documentation, system diagrams, API specifications, SQL queries, and code at an evaluation level
Ability to translate complex business needs into structured and actionable requirements
Experience working with backlogs, acceptance criteria, delivery planning, and release processes
Strong ownership, structured thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to critically review AI-generated outputs rather than accepting or forwarding them without validation
Fluent written and spoken English
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Postman, SQL, and AI-assisted development workflows is a plus
